Water Resource Engineer
Responsible for watershed model development and its application for hydraulic and hydrologic studies. Design and conduct scientific hydrological investigations to ensure that accurate and appropriate information is available for use in water resource management decisions. Carry out hydrologic modeling, hydraulic modeling, soil moisture modeling, sensor installation, sensor data download and analysis, site inspections, flow measurements, water quality sampling and analysis, engineering surveying, GIS mapping and analysis. Will engage in soil moisture modeling system development, Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) support for various clients, and stream restoration modeling for various clients.
Employer will accept Masters degree in Civil Engineering or related field and one year of experience in position offered or water-engineering related position.
