Account Executive

As the Account Executive your responsibility will be selling our specialized staffing services in the Auburn,AL market. Primary duties for this role will include:
o Securing new accounts and expanding business in existing accounts.
o Preparing and presenting proposals to prospects and clients.
o Developing and expanding network of community contacts to maximize business development opportunities.
o Cooperating with and engaging support of operations staff to assure business is serviced successfully.
o Meeting monthly sales numbers and expectations.
o Demonstrating the company's and area's core values, operating principles and service differentiators.

Our desired candidate will possess the following:
College degree (preferred)
2+years of recent B2B sales
Positive attitude, outgoing, energetic, and have a magnetic personality!
Willingness to work alone or in a team environment
Ability to travel (travel is required with this position)
Ability to develop business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
Ability to sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions
Business building by identifying and selling prospects with confidence, emphasis on company excellence, having a sales plan, great presentation skills, ability to negotiate, positive attitude, and creating great client relationships
Maintain client relationships by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
Identify product improvement or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Maintain professional, quality, and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, and participating in professional societies.
Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
