Process Technician Supervisor
Liberty Staffing is seeking for an experienced Process Technician Supervisor

Qualification:
The technician supervisor is responsible for ensuring that operational equipment is fully utilized in order to optimize productivity. Will report to Department Manager.
Responsibilities:
The supervisor is responsible for the ensuring that direct report are held accountable for the processing acceptable machine parts to meeting customer requirements
Responsible for ensuring that the oversight procedures by technician are adhered regarding mold, machines defeats
Responsible for ensuring all technicians observe company safety rules and regulations when working on equipment
Responsible for training new technicians, assigning daily work schedule
Responsible for ensuring that 5s standards are maintained in the department
Two year Associate Degree technical field
Five year of process technician experience in automotive parts manufacturing
