Process Engineer: Plastic Molding
This is a opportunity to join an established North American Automotive Company- that has been developing innovative engineered exterior components for Automotive OEMs span of over 45 years.
In this role you will offer technical leadership for the Molding department reporting to Technical Manager;
molding of sample parts,
reviewing raw material suppliers for developing improved resins,
quoting plastic components for programs,
selecting/ training / supervising staff
developing departmental systems, policies and procedures
researching and developing over all improvements to the molding facility.
Key
Qualifications:
Degree in Industrial Engineering/ Operations/ other Engineering field
5 to 10 years of technical experience with all facets of INJECTION MOLDING - Automotive Application
ISO /TS 16949 and ISO 14001 procedures
Supervisory experience
TPS, scrap reduction / cost implementation experience
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
