Commerical Construction Project Manager
Project Superintendent with commercial building experience

This position is responsible for:
o Maintaining the project schedule.
o Managing the subcontractors on site.
o Coordinating with the Project Manager to ensure material are delivered to the site in order to maintain the project schedule.
o Scheduling the subcontractor's initial mobilization to the site.
o Managing the site labor force for self-preform work, such as concrete foundations, installation of doors and windows and other miscellaneous items.
o All aspect of the site safety program.
o Managing the government inspections that maybe required.
o Weekly coordination meetings with subcontractors.
Required Skills and
Qualifications:
o A minimum of 8 years' experience as a project superintendent for commercial projects of $2 million are larger.
o OSHA 30
o Managing and providing weekly updates for the project schedule
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
