Restoration Project Manager/Estimator


ServiceMASTER, a leader in the disaster restoration services, is seeking a Restoration Project Manager for the Auburn, AL location. The ideal candidate will have 10
years of experience with residential insurance restoration (smoke, fire, water damage) estimating experience. This position will strive to maximize customer satisfaction, revenue, growth and profitability for the Auburn location through effective project management.

Duties:
o Manage and schedule activities of all personnel, including subcontractors on the jobsite to ensure efficient operation and timely completion of the job.
o Establish an approved vendor network for various locations.
o Develop and maintain a business relationship with insurance adjusters and general contractors.
o Work with facility managers and insurance adjusters and serve as liaison between the customer and insurance carrier.
o Manage all projects from start to finish while maintaining profitability and minimizing business interruption for the customer.
o Maintain job budget and explore options to increase profits.
o Market to potential customers including national accounts and adjusters.
o Be available to go out of town on short notice.
o Be able to determine the scope of work to be performed, prepare estimates and
T&M billing with backup.
o Follow up with customer and insurance company to ensure timely payments are received.
o Ensure that customer concerns are addresses and corrected.
o Ensure that all employees, temporary workers, and subcontractors perform their job duties in a safe manner and that they take all reasonable precautions to avoid work related accidents.
Qualifications:
o Must have project management experience
o Must have large loss restoration background
o Good customer service skills
o Must obtain a sense of urgency, problem solving and decision making
o Must be familiar with Windows and Microsoft Office software. Familiarity with Xactimate software a plus
o Must possess excellent written and verbal skills
o Must be able to estimate value of a project
o Working knowledge of basic office equipment
o Must be able to learn and utilize our proprietary software; Chronicle, Xactimate and others as necessary
o Must be able to travel on short notice and be away from home for extended periods of time.
o Must be able to pass a background and MVR check and drug screening.
o Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
