Social Media Coordinator

Tiger Maids, is searching for a savvy and energetic Social Media and Brand Specialist for its office in Auburn, AL. The Social Media Marketing Specialist works with the President of Tiger Maids to develop social programs and content for Tiger Maids target markets. The role requires the ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects and initiatives while maintaining a positive attitude and energy.

The Social Media Marketing Specialist will serve as a full time community manager for Tiger Maids including monitoring all social properties, creating unique, engaging content, coordinate training programs to assist sales team to better use social media. This includes reviewing and preparing content and coordinating production deadlines for social media marketing efforts. The Social Media Marketing Specialist must have strong creative and professional writing skills and will work with the President of Tiger Maids to brainstorm and create social initiatives to grow the brand.


Manage social media platforms
Create daily content for multiple social media platforms across different industry verticals
Measure and optimize content based on analytics
Develop social media program initiatives to improve community size and engagement
Communicate on a daily basis with franchisee's and recruiters to maintain awareness of updates and offerings
Find and implement new social strategies, tools and tactics as they develop
Fill out bi-monthly and monthly reports based on existing campaigns and overall community growth
Become fully immersed in the brand and culture of Tiger Maids.
Delegate responsibilities to other internal associates as needed
Job Requirements
Job Specifications/Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (marketing or related field preferred).
Experience in a marketing role preferred.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects.
Must be familiar with the business applications of social media platforms, including; Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, Google+, Instagram and more.
Self-starter. Must ask questions and learn new skills quickly on the job.
Driven, team player motivated to take responsibility and ensure successful outcomes across activities.
Must be a Microsoft Office pro (Word, Powerpoint, Outlook, Excel) and be familiar with major social media platforms. Familiarity with Photoshop, and basic HTML a plus.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
