We are in search of a Maintenance Manager to manage the maintenance activities in a highly automated manufacturing plant. The required skills are below:
10 years experience in maintenance
5+ years experience as a maintenance manager or supervisor
5+ years experience in an automated plant
Demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to work with others in a team environment at all levels i.e. managers, supervisors, team leaders and team members
Strong communications skills
Manufacturing experience with an understanding of processing equipment, product realization and quality standards
Operational knowledge of management information systems, use of personal computers and application software
Bachelors degree is a huge plus
Metals experience is required stamping, foundry, die cast, steel, aluminum, forging, etc.
