Responsibilities:
Develops manufacturing methods for machines, tools and equipment, processes and procedures, plant layout, material handling, work simplification and cost reduction.
Conducts organization studies and establishes time standards.
Assists with cost control programs and standards.
Provides advice and counsel in the maintenance and repair of production equipment.
Translates technical guidance received from supervisors/managers into usable engineering data applicable to particular assignments.
Qualifications Proficiency in AutoCAD software for drafting and design purposes.
Strong mathematical skills to perform calculations and measurements accurately.
Experience with hand tools and logic controllers for equipment maintenance.
Knowledge of CAD systems and their applications in engineering projects.
Ability to conduct root cause analysis to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
Mechanical knowledge to assist in machinery assembly, disassembly, and repair tasks Job Type:
