This position will provide administrative support to the Foster Care Specialists in the Auburn and Montgomery offices.
The Administrative Assistant will accomplish effective administration for both offices, which maximizes resources towards the goal of achieving the mission of ABCH.
Duties include assisting social workers, office receptionist, bookkeeping, record-keeping, editing, completing thank-you letters to donors, and scheduling.
Applicants must have an Associate's degree; or a high school diploma and at least two years of administrative experience.
Applicants must be able to demonstrate a good driving record and pass pre-employment screenings including criminal background.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
