We are looking for a positive, friendly and outgoing team player to join our staff and help promote the values and care of our clinic to the community.
We are currently looking for a Receptionist that is willing to cross train as a veterinarian assistant.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
Answering phone calls Scheduling appointments, surgeries and boarding reservations Refilling prescriptions Maintaining a clean work environment Assisting Veterinarians with appointments and treatments and surgical procedures Taking messages and directing phone calls to veterinarians as needed Previous experience as a receptionist and in animal care preferred, however applicants without animal care experience may still be considered.
Hours per week will be 30-40 Applicants MUST be willing to work weekends (minimum but not limited to 2 weekends per month) and holidays.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
