Job DescriptionJob DescriptionRGC's Internship/Co-Op Program is centered around providing college students with a positive and quality experience as a construction professional.
In the Program, the student will gain an overall understanding, observe and work in a different department for each semester they are with RGC; expanding the Intern's knowledge and skills within the following areas:
o Estimatingo Project Managemento Field Operationso SafetyThe student will have the opportunity to learn directly from RGC Team Members, seeing their classroom experience come to life and make major contributions to our project teams.
This experience will also give the student an opportunity to network with industry professionals and benefit the student moving forward to better evaluate career alternatives.
The goal for RGC is to give each student an opportunity to work with the best construction professionals, put the student in positions to learn and succeed, and place top performers with RGC full-time.
Recommended Skills Construction Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
