Must manage, direct and supervise the daily operations of assigned location while providing pleasant and courteous service to customers according to Company goals, policies, and proceduresMust have a high degree of initiative and attention to detail, advanced problem solving, supervisory and communication skillsMust have the ability to project the desired Company image of courteous and friendly service to customers.
Responsible for customer service, merchandising, foodservice, operations, employee staffing, development, employee relations, and store profitabilityMust create a positive store culture by treating employees fair and with respectMust have previous people management experienceMust be self-motivated, and dependableEducation:
High School Diploma or equivalentPhysical Requirements:
Standing up to 10 hours during a shiftAbility to lift up to 60 poundsAble to bend, stoop, and climbing a ladder is required on occasionRequires you to use the following motions:
pushing, pulling, stretching, and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists.

This positions is subject to a 90 day introductory period.
