Summary:
Auburn IT is searching for a highly motivated IT technician to service level I and level II client support issues for our rapidly expanding IT company located in Auburn, AL.
This individual will join our team to assist with monitoring, maintenance, upgrades, and support of IT systems.
Responsibilities:
Includes but not limited to the following:
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues Install and configure hardware and software Maintain and repair Windows computers and Servers Install and update Windows operating systems Install networked printers to user's computers Manage users in Active Directory (AD) Use imaging software to image and restore hard drives Migrate pop/imap email accounts to Outlook 365 Add and remove workstations to and from domains Create tickets for new service requests Monitor service ticketing queue Provide incident resolution via phone, remote tools, and email Keep inventory of all equipment and software licensing Travel to client's sites Requirements:

years of related experience Relevant education/certification can be used in lieu of experience General understanding of TCP/IP O365 administrator experience Knowledge of Windows operating systems Experience with LAN/WAN networks Ability to research, analyze and solve problems Reliable and professional work ethic Excellent communication skills Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen Educational Requirements:
